耶和華在天上立定寶座．他的權柄〔原文作國〕統管萬有。
籤放在懷裡．定事由耶和華。 - 城中若吹角、百姓豈不驚恐呢。災禍若臨到一城、豈非耶和華所降的麼。
我是耶和華、在我以外並沒有別神、除了我以外再沒有神．你雖不認識我、我必給你束腰、從日出之地到日落之處、使人都知道除了我以外、沒有別神、我是耶和華、在我以外並沒有別神。我造光、又造暗．我施平安、又降災禍．造作這一切的是我耶和華。
世上所有的居民、都算為虛無、在天上的萬軍、和世上的居民中、他都憑自己的意旨行事．無人能攔住他手、或問他說、你作甚麼呢。 - 既是這樣、還有甚麼說的呢．神若幫助我們、誰能敵擋我們呢。
因為基督必要作王、等神把一切仇敵、都放在他的腳下。 - 你們這小群、不要懼怕、因為你們的父、樂意把國賜給你們。

Evening Scripture
The LORD has established his throne in heaven, and his kingdom rules over all.
The lot is cast into the lap, but its every decision is from the LORD. - When a trumpet sounds in a city, do not the people tremble? When disaster comes to a city, has not the LORD caused it?
I am the LORD, and there is no other; apart from me there is no God. I will strengthen you, though you have not acknowledged me,so that from the rising of the sun to the place of its setting men may know there is none besides me. I am the LORD, and there is no other.I form the light and create darkness, I bring prosperity and create disaster; I, the LORD, do all these things.
All the peoples of the earth are regarded as nothing. He does as he pleases with the powers of heaven and the peoples of the earth. No one can hold back his hand or say to him: "What have you done?" - What, then, shall we say in response to this? If God is for us, who can be against us?
For he must reign until he has put all his enemies under his feet. - "Do not be afraid, little flock, for your Father has been pleased to give you the kingdom.
