耶穌在船尾上、枕著枕頭睡覺．門徒叫醒了他、說、夫子、我們喪命、你不顧麼。
耶和華善待萬民、他的慈悲、覆庇他一切所造的。
凡活著的動物、都可以作你們的食物、這一切我都賜給你們如同菜蔬一樣。 - 地還存留的時候、稼穡、寒暑、冬夏、晝夜、就永不停息了。
耶和華本為善、在患難的日子為人的保障．並且認得那些投靠他的人。 - 神聽見童子的聲音．神的使者從天上呼叫夏甲說、夏甲、你為何這樣呢、不要害怕、神已經聽見童子的聲音了。神使夏甲的眼睛明亮、他就看見一口水井、便去將皮袋盛滿了水、給童子喝。
所以不要憂慮、說、喫甚麼、喝甚麼、穿甚麼。這都是外邦人所求的．你們需用的這一切東西、你們的天父是知道的。 - 你要囑咐那些今世富足的人、不要自高、也不要倚靠無定的錢財．只要倚靠那厚賜百物給我們享受的神。

Evening Scripture
Jesus was in the stern, sleeping on a cushion. The disciples woke him and said to him, "Teacher, don't you care if we drown?"
The LORD is good to all; he has compassion on all he has made.
Everything that lives and moves will be food for you. Just as I gave you the green plants, I now give you everything. - "As long as the earth endures, seedtime and harvest, cold and heat, summer and winter, day and night will never cease."
The LORD is good, a refuge in times of trouble. He cares for those who trust in him, - God heard the boy crying, and the angel of God called to Hagar from heaven and said to her, "What is the matter, Hagar? Do not be afraid; God has heard the boy crying as he lies there.Then God opened her eyes and she saw a well of water. So she went and filled the skin with water and gave the boy a drink.
So do not worry, saying, `What shall we eat?' or `What shall we drink?' or `What shall we wear?'For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. - Command those who are rich in this present world not to be arrogant nor to put their hope in wealth, which is so uncertain, but to put their hope in God, who richly provides us with everything for our enjoyment.
